Copyright in the material and trademarks on this Site are owned by GO GREEN JOBS Limited ABN 88 133 664 730 ("GO GREEN JOBS") unless otherwise indicated and you agree not to infringe any intellectual property rights owned by GO GREEN JOBS.

No misrepresentations allowed
You agree that it is a condition on your use of the GO GREEN JOBS resume database facility, GO GREEN JOBS Salary Survey and of any other services provided by GO GREEN JOBS or through the Site that you will not either through any act (including but not limited to posting a resume of the GO GREEN JOBS Site) or omission mislead or deceive others.
General provisions
If any part of this agreement is held invalid that part shall be severed from this agreement and the remainder of this agreement will continue to be valid and enforceable.
Termination of this agreement will not end those provisions that are capable of surviving the ending of this agreement.
The laws governing this agreement will be the laws in New South Wales, Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its Courts and its Appellate Courts and the jurisdiction of the Federal Court of Australia sitting in New South Wales.
For the purposes of this agreement the words "GO GREEN JOBS", "GO GREEN JOBS Pty LTD", "We", "Our" and "Us" refer to GO GREEN JOBS Pty Ltd and "Site" to materials delivered on www.GO-GREENJOBS.com and other co-branded versions of the site.
Transaction currency
All monetary transactions carried out on the GO GREEN JOBS site will be processed in AUD (Australian Dollars).
Customer service policy
If for any reason we are unable to provide the service described we will apply our best efforts to notify any effected parties.
Refund policy
Under no circumstances will any refunds be made available regarding any business transaction with GO GREEN JOBS.
